MatchEd 1.8 Released.

MatchEd, a Halflife / Halfelife 2 IRC match bot. Reports for various HL/HL2 game events. Also has Admin features. Simple to use with auto-setup. Written in Java so is suitable for many platforms.

Version 1.8 includes TFC ( Team Fortress Classic ) support, the possibility to set the encoding used to communicate with the IRC server, and an updated pircbot.jar(minor bug fixes)
