Create directory C:\PPF_OSGi
Create directory C:\PPF_OSGi\plugins
(or change the deploy.xml files to point to where you want)

To deploy changes to code/config:
In the PPF project, run the deploy build file.
In the Colours project, run the deploy build file.

To start fresh:
Ensure the OSGi console is stopped.
Remove the configuration directory under C:\PPF-OSGi
Double click run.bat (this starts the OSGi console with only the OSGi core loaded)
type: install file:plugins/PircBot_1.4.6.jar
type: install file:plugins/ppf-dependents_1.0.0.jar
type: install file:plugins/Colours_1.0.0.jar
type: install file:plugins/PPF_1.0.0.jar
(as each is installed it will show the bundle id it is given - I have assumed 1 to 3 in the same order as installation)
type: start 1
type: start 2
type: start 3
type: start 4
Now PPF will start and connect.  Only non-core functionality is from the colours plugin
